Ben Wilde has been my physiotherapist/fitness trainer for over five years. During that time: * he has successfully sorted out back problems caused by forty years' worth of long-distance running * he successfully treated a skiing injury in which the cruciate ligament was severed, enabling me to function fully without surgery * his inspiration and commitment has produced ever greater achievement on my part

As an older, active, outdoor person, I suffer from minor joint and muscle injuries, from time to time. I rely on Ben to get me going again as quickly as possible. As well as treating minor injuries, Ben helped me greatly following major abdominal surgery in 2012. Even the surgeon was impressed with how well my wounds healed and I returned to normal activities.

I have received regular treatment and excellent care from Ben Wilde for the last year. After an injury, my consultant referred me to Ben to have rehab for a couple of months. Although the treatment was very thorough and gradually improving my range of movement and strength, it became clear that I would actually need an operation to ensure full mobility, flexion and stability, to get me back on track towards having a normal and socially sporty life again. During the following months leading up to the operation, my treatment and exercises were focussed on getting me as fit and strong as possible, to guarantee a successful and swift recovery during post-op rehab. It was hard work, but worth all the effort put into it. Restarting the healing process and building-up of muscle strength from scratch again after my operation, was extremely frustrating, but Ben expertly guided me along, with his vast experience, skill and a lot of patience! He is not only friendly, gentle, caring and kind in his manner and approach, but also tough, consistent and demanding in his treatment, with the successful results to show. He has a charming and pleasant personality and a great sense of humour, which makes the gruelling exercises and painful treatment sessions a lot more fun, especially when your morale is low. He listens and is attentive to ones needs and concerns and adjusts the treatment as he thinks fit and necessary. He shows genuine interest in you as a person and has a good rapport with you as a patient. He is ultra-professional, motivated and determined to deliver the best care and specialised treatment. I am very pleased with his treatment and will be a patient of his for life! Ben is an excellent physiotherapist and an invaluable and key member of the Physio & More Team.

After trying other physiotherapists who had not been able to help me with my lower back pain problems I decided to look around for a physio based on recommendations. I contact the clinic and spoke with Ben the same day, I immediately warmed to him, he comes across very professional and very friendly also. After my initial consultation which was very thorough he diagnosed the issue which no other physio had ever found. He recommended a treatment plan but also a way to move forward and avoid having these bouts of back pain in the future. There was a noticeable change after the first 2 sessions and i have taken his advice on my posture at work, thanks again Ben.

I first received treatment from Ben following a sports injury and have continued to attend his clinic for physiotherapy to assist with arthritis related pain. Ben's specialist knowledge, practical prowess and charming manner inspire confidence. He offers encouragement without judgement and is endlessly patient, whatever the hour - 7am or 9pm. You could not be in better hands.
